This page describes what happens to the information you leave on ordanta.eu — for example through the Pilot Programme application form. Ordanta is still in development; the site currently collects no more than what is described below.

What we store
- The information you provide in the application form: name, company name, work email address, country, website, and any optional fields you fill in (industry, customer count, order volume, ERP system, your notes).
- The language you viewed the page in, so we can write to you in that language.
- The time of your application and the page you applied from.
Legal basis: your consent when submitting the form, and our legitimate interest in being able to review an application for the Pilot Programme. You can withdraw your consent at any time by emailing us.
Statistics
We use Google Analytics 4 to see how many people visit this page and where from. This places cookies and processes data through Google Ireland Limited, acting as a processor; transfers outside the EU take place under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses.
This only happens after you click "Accept." Until then, everything is set to denied via Google Consent Mode and nothing is loaded or measured. If you click "Decline," it stays that way and the page continues to work normally.
Your choice is stored in your own browser and can be revisited via "Cookie settings" at the bottom of every page. Withdrawing consent is as easy as giving it.
Beyond that, the page loads nothing from third parties: fonts and images are hosted on our own server.
What for
We use your application to assess whether your company is a fit for the Ordanta Pilot Programme, and to contact you about its progress. We do not use your data for anything else, and we do not sell or share it with third parties for marketing purposes.
Who processes it
Sending the confirmation email runs through Resend, an email service provider, the site runs on Vercel, and statistics run through Google. These providers may process data outside the EU as well — Resend processes and stores data in, among other places, the United States; that transfer takes place under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses.
How long
We keep your application data until it has been processed and for a maximum of 24 months afterwards, unless you ask for earlier deletion. Google retains statistics according to the retention period set in the Analytics property: two months by default, fourteen at most.
Your rights
Access, correction or deletion: email info@ordanta.eu and it will be handled within a week.
