Ordanta is currently in the Pilot Programme. These terms describe the commercial arrangements as we apply them today.

Any agreement for Ordanta services is entered into with WebResenje PR, unless a future contract explicitly states otherwise.
The service
Ordanta is a B2B ordering portal: a private environment in which a supplier's business customers (the "Customer" in these terms) can place their own orders, based on their own agreed prices and assortment.
Subscription
A subscription is taken out per plan (Start, Professional, Integrated or Enterprise) at the price listed on the pricing page or separately agreed, excluding VAT. Billing is monthly or annual in advance, depending on your choice when subscribing.
Pilot Programme
For Pilot Partners, the following additionally apply: a minimum subscription term of 12 months, the regular subscription price of the chosen plan, and the agreed standard implementation fee not being charged. This applies within the standard scope agreed at the outset; work outside that scope — including custom development, non-standard connectors and exceptional data migration — is not covered by the Pilot offer and is discussed separately.
Implementation & connectors
A "standard connector" is an existing, Ordanta-supported connector configured for your situation within defined boundaries. Work falling outside those boundaries counts as custom integration and is scoped and quoted separately.
Use of the platform
You are responsible for the accuracy of the product data, prices and customer terms you enter into the portal, and for lawful use of the platform by the users you grant access to.
Intellectual property
The Ordanta platform technology remains the property of WebResenje PR. Your own brand, content and customer data remain yours.
Liability
WebResenje PR makes reasonable efforts to keep the service available and reliable, but — except where SLA terms are agreed in writing for Enterprise subscriptions — gives no guarantee of uninterrupted availability. Liability is further defined in the final, signed terms per customer.
Changes
We may update these terms as Ordanta develops from the Pilot Programme towards general availability. Existing Pilot Partners are informed personally of material changes.
